By Vamp Design.com uses the USPS method you choose when ordering.

When you order, you are able to check your order updates. You can see when the order is being processed, being made, shipped out (along w/ a confirm number).

If an item is sent back to us due to a wrong address given to us, you must repay the shipping charges along with providing us with a correct address. So please make sure your address is correct.

Refunds
We do not currently offer refunds, all orders are final after you pay. So PLEASE be sure to make a correct order. There are some exceptions if an order is in the wrong color when you ordered, than there will be an exchange.
