This is for those who have bought, or are currently purchasing, the NEON/SRT4- Interior Lighting Kit. This includes the LED to change the defroster from Green to the color of choice. This is not offered in the main kit as some people do not see the defroster as much of an important item to change because it is out of their view and others.
